RESPONSABILITATI

• Intensive care of customers with periodic visits, telephone calls and contacts
• Presentation for dealers, end users or other potential customers of the KL product range and new products
• Operative implementation of product trainings for customers
• Technical customer advice, if needed with support from the technical experts of KL
• Aquisition of new customers
• Analysing the market and competitors in the (own) sales territory, collecting and organizing market, customer and competitor data to take as a basis for business development and marketing
• Turnover planning for the (own) sales territory (active cooperation)
• Definition of the individual sales prices for the cared customers (within a predefined scope)
• First counterpart / contact person fort he customer
• Representation of the KLINGSPOR brand
• Monitoring of the competitors activities
• Customer support with sales promotion and other measures
• Participation in customers or branch trade shows.


CERINTE

• Business qualification with technical understanding
• Technical qualification with business understanding and sales experience resp. education.
• Sales experience of a few years
• Experience of directly customer care and selling products
• Technical understanding or experience
• Sales experience in the area of the distributors and potential KL customers
• Commercial skills, working well with numbers and percentages
• English knowledge – conversational level (German is an advantage)
• MS Office (SAP is advantage)
• B level for driver license
• High communicative skills
• Ability to cope with conflicts
• High self-assertion
• High competence for negotiation
• Good presentation skills
• Self motivated and organized
• Valid driving license
• Smart physical appearance
• Place of residence within the sales area
