Main responsibilities:
??? Manage reporting team; monitor the following control activities: B/S, P/L, inventory, local books vs. US GAAP reconciliation, production reports.
??? Ensure timely submission of financial results to the corporation and full compliance with local statutory requirements
??? Coordinate management reporting: monthly P/L estimates reconciliation, P/L actual vs. budget analysis, exposure reporting, weekly foreign currency exchange reporting, capital spending and production reports
??? Actively lead the performance management process &development plans for direct reports. Lead, promotes the sharing of ideas & best practices and ensure proper communication inside the team.
??? Promote and support collaboration within and outside the reporting team and finance function
??? Support business initiatives by leading or taking part in different projects
Knowledge, experience and technical skills:
??? University degree in Accounting or Finance; professional accounting qualification such as ACCA is preferred
??? 5 years professional experience in finance or accounting field in a multinational environment, out of which 2 years of proven managerial experience
??? Fluent in English ; high degree of computer literacy
??? Knowledge of and experience with ERP systems
??? Proven experience in working with US GAAP framework
??? Good knowledge of local accounting standards
??? Knowledge of local taxation as well as previous experience in a similar/agricultural business are considered advantages
