Correct and timely delivery of reports to external partners (NBR, Credit Bureau, stores, etc);
Verifies the correctness of reported data according to work instructions
Correct and timely delivery of reports regarding the Society’s activity to management and clients
Ad-hoc reports creation based on the existing ones;
Provides support the business team to whom is dedicated to;
Provides support for the correct and timely implementation of the new requirements
Reports the unsolved issues to the direct superior
Respects the procedures and the work processes;
Reports the demand for services and maintenance
Relevant experience in reporting to Credit Bureau and CRB
