Being responsible for HR Group Reporting for different polls and group entities, proposing standard reports, elaborating documentation and HR reglementation reports;
Elaborating internal and external social reports (assistance, maintenance);
Providing and managing periodical requests for Cluster and HR department;
Developing studies and analyses from HR data;
Providing HR data;
Developing and managing access to application and information system;
Providing operational management;
Providing general activity and surveillance;
Being available for regular travels in France.
Fluent with English and French language;
Science Degree in Economical Academic Studies (Statistics, Cybernetics or Economical Information) or Politechnics or Mathematics;
More than 5 years experience in B.I. Reporting (preferably HR);
String knowledge of SAS programming and operating relational databases;
Strong knowledge of operating SQL, VBA, Business Object/ Cognos;
Good knowledge in operating Word, Excel;
Knowledge of RH reference values;
Programming in PeopleSoft HCM represents an advantage.
