EMEA Volume Direct organization sells & promotes HP Products and associated Services through a direct relationship with Corporate & Enterprise Accounts, driving a 2B$ business.
Volume Direct Operations mission is to provide end customers with the best purchasing experience and to be the model of efficiency. Volume Direct Operations owns the customer experience through these different phases: Setup, offering to order (OTO), order to delivery (OTD) & delivery to cash (DTC)

Missions:
In this fast growing and evolving environment, we are looking for a person running and maintaining Volume Direct Operational Reports, for its front end communities and VDO Management. For these communities accurate and immediate information/reporting availability is key to their process execution.

Mission 1 - Run designed reports
-Provide on-time delivery of assigned reports
-Keep track record of any issues preventing smooth delivery of report, as well as of issue resolution actions

Mission 2 - Customer centric
-Ensure quality of provided reports.
-Pro-active communication & communication update to reporting audience.

Mission 3 - Improve Technical skills in line with work assignment
-Attend and apply learning from provided training.

Mission 4 - Team player
-Pro actively inform colleagues and management of planned absence.
-Effective handover to assigned back-up.
-Act as back-up upon absence of colleague.
-Active positive participation to staff.

Mission 5 - Maintain designed reports
-Adapt reports design upon assignment.
-Commit a reliable timeline.
