Our client is one of the major telecom companies active in Romania.
The future Reporting Manager will be in charge of:
- Supervising the preparation of the consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual reporting package
- Managing a team of 3-5 Reporting Analysts
- Preparing one-off reports, based on special requirements coming from the executive team
- Liaising with other teams or departments in order to align and deliver accurate and timely reports.
Successful candidates will comply with the following requirements:
- University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position or a senior reporting role; relevant Big4 experience is a plus
- Excellent IFRS knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of spoken and written English
- Very good communication skills
- People management experience.
