Issuing and customizing financial reports, splitting the expenses on the cost centers;
Being responsible for petty cash register and primary accounting registrations;
Registrating, maintaining and following the contracts (both clients and suppliers);
Preparing and formatting contracts and maintaining the clients databases;
Preparing the invoices for the clients according to the respective support documents;
Building up the management report based on the internal reporting system.
University degree;
Previous experience in primary accounting/financial reporting would be a plus;
Good level of English;
Excellent knowledge in MS Office;
Very good communication skills and highly team oriented;
Responsible attitude and commitment towards the job-related tasks.
