Job Scope
- Assure the proper elaboration of daily Sales reports and the accuracy of figures from those reports;
- In charge with issuing and distribution of standards reports by pulling the data from SAP and changing in accessible formats.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administrates the process of issuing Daily Sales reports in a timely manner and ensures their distribution to the final users;
- Stay in close contact with the reporting team on their reporting and information needs and propose reporting process and tools improvements;
- Participate in all needed training session and provide feedback, information and recommendations to improve the process;
- Maintain the database(Access) for accuracy of those reports: up-date the monthly objectives, new customers, new products;
- Complete any other assignments or responsibilities as defined by management on a daily or a continuing basis;

- 1-2 years in a similar position
