- Manage all aspects of replenishment and ensure the most efficient performance through a Third Party Logistic provider;
- Building Bricostore volume, increasing avalability in the Bricostore warehouse;
- Mantaining product flow to meet in stock and inventory turn goals;
- Optimize the supply chain, reducing customer(Bricostore stores) respective Bricostore company logistics costs;
- Interacts daily with buyers, suppliers, store operations to successfully meet a broad line of business objectives;
- Manage and supervise Bricostore transport activity;
- Recommending and implementing process improvements;
- Manage daily operations, lead, enable and energize direct reporting team to peak the performance.
- University degree;
- At least 3 years experience on a simmilary position;
- Strong knowledges of MsOffice;
- Fluent speaker for foreign languages English/French is a must;
- Strong leadership skills, customer service mentality, high degree of self management, flexibility in adapting to change.
- Interpersonal skills to work with all levels of the organization: sales, marketing, finance.
