- Responsible for creating and implementing online marketing retention/renewal campaigns
- Responsible for retention rates and renewal rates
- Cooperating with Product Managers & Product Marketing Managers teams to suggest product improvements (incl. product communication)
- Cooperating with the online team to implement changes in visitor’s path for improving renewal and retention rates and customer’s communication in customer lifecycle (my account, e-mail marketing, product communication)
- Previous experience in setting-up and coordinating retention programs for consumers (mass-programs)
- Software or telecom industry (preferable) experience
- Consumer programs experience
- Marketing degree (preferable)
- Customer oriented attitude
- Project management skills
- Very good English
