1. Technical skills:
- Basic MS Windows Sever 2000/2003 and/or Linux administative knowledge (e.g. installation, create/modify users, manage system settings and services, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of enterprise applications architecture (e.g. n-tier applications structure and components)
- Basic web application architecture and functionality knowledge (e.g. what is a web server, what is HTTP, how does a web browser communicate with an application server, etc.)
- Java/JSP basic knowledge (e.g. what is an applet, what is a class file, what is a JSP file, etc.)
- General Relational Database administration and SQL knowledge (e.g. how to use specific tools and create simple SQL commands)
- Previous experience with ERP, CRM, CMS applications either as a user or as an administrator/operator (e.g. familiar with modular structure applications)
- General IT administrative knowledge, basic notions and exposure to server architecture and operations (e.g. what is a cluster, load balancer, how to troubleshoot a user/hw/sw error)
- Basic understanding of programming and or scripting concepts, preferably from a Java environment perspective (e.g. what is a class, what is a method or property, how to inherit, etc.)

2. Soft skills:
- Communication skills
- Customer care/support experience
- English advanced level mandatory.

Nice to have skills:

As many languages as possible - German, Spanish, French, Italian

Alt avantaj este abilitatea de a livra solutii la nivel global; consultantii nostri au lucrat chiar la sediile clientilor, indiferent unde s-au gasit acestea (SUA, Marea Britanie, Germania, Elvetia, Olanda, Franta, Finlanda, Spania). In cadrul echipei se regasesc cunostinte foarte bune de engleza, germana, italiana, franceza, spaniola. De asemeni, am imbogatit permanent practicile de afaceri ale clientilor nostri, analizand si propunandu-le solutii pentru ridicarea standardelor calitatii, prin dezvoltarea unor instrumente de monitorizare a intregului flux productiv.

Activand de mai bine de patru ani in domeniul crearii de kit-uri de instalare pentru aplicatii (utilizand Wise, SMS Installer, InstallShield, NetInstall, Blue Base) si lucrand in special cu companii transnationale, am remarcat si exploatat nevoia crescuta pentru acest tip de servicii.

In afara software packaging-ului, compania noastra detine o foarte variata paleta de cunostinte - IBM Websphere Application Server, IBM DB/2, MS SQL Server, PL/SQL, Oracle, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Oracle Financials, Java, Struts, Hibernate, J2EE, C, C++ (windows, linux), .NET (VB, C#, C++), PHP, MySQL, Analiza de Proiect si de Afaceri.

Strategia noastra este de a atinge un nivel superior de dezvoltare, utilizand in acest scop experienta anilor precedenti si extinzandu-ne portofoliul la nivel global, pe toate nivelele.
