RESPONSABILITATI

The jobholders will provide advance IT support via phone and e-mail clients in clients in the following business languages:
- German,
- Spanish,
- Italian.

This involves knowledge and proficiency for usual software packages like Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, PC hardware configurations, auxiliary software (Adobe Acrobat Reader, Antivirus, etc) and basic LAN/WAN knowledge. The cases can also be solved via remote access.


CERINTE

¿ Good Technical Knowledge ¿ understanding of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer,
¿ Troubleshooting ability for basic technical problems.
¿ Fluency in one of the business languages (German, Spanish or Italian) and English is mandatory;
¿ Very good communication skills;
¿ Outstanding customer - orientation and team spirit.
¿ Previous experience in contact center/it helpdesk environment would be an asset.
