RESPONSABILITATI

• Receive and process Level 2 and Level 3 tickets (Incidents and Work-orders) related to the BMC Remedy system used by our client
• Analyse issues experienced by users and identify cause and implement resolution(s) that solve the users’ issues
• Adhere to client’s SLAs regarding ticket priorities (Priority 1,2,3,4)
• Develop reports in in BMC Remedy on processed tickets
• Acquire and improve expertize in BMC Remedy and ITIL methodology


CERINTE

• 1-3 years of experience in BMC Remedy
• Ability to work in a growing organization with changing requirements
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work individually and as a member of a team
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage tasks
• Excellent technical problem solving skills combined with a strong customer service attitude
• Fluency in English


It’s an advantage to have:

• Experience with BMC Remedy ARS including V7.0 and higher.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with BMC Remedy ITSM suite including V7.0 and higher.
• Experience with BMC Analytics or SAP Business Object V11
• MS Excel skills
