¿ Daily maintenance of RMS Connect for own assignments/ regions
¿ Sending out welcome note/goodbye note on being notified about a new assignee and obtaining relevant information for immigration and tax processes from assignee and project management.
¿ Completion of Foreign Assignment Memos
¿ Completion of Tax Cost Estimates
¿ Application for Certificates of Coverage where required
¿ Register for International Health care for Outbounds
¿ Functional area management and reporting (Foreign health insurance listings, invoice payment.
¿ University or FH degree in business administration or law or appropriate apprenticeship
¿ Work experience between 0 and 24 months
¿ Immigration Knowledge
¿ Basic skills in Finance/Accounting/Expat Tax
¿ Project management skills
¿ Customer service mentality
¿ Communication and interpersonal skills
¿ Intercultural skills
¿ Negotiating skills

¿ Fluent in English
¿ Advanced skills in MS Office software and Lotus Notes databases
