RESPONSABILITATI

Main Purpose of the Job:

The Relocation and Immigration Senior Analyst is responsible for the day to day service delivery of “Relocation Management Solutions” services in connection with all Accenture employees inbound from overseas countries and local employees outbound from their country. He/ she will also be responsible for tasks of permanent transfers into Romania.

Key Responsibilities:

Immigration:
- Coordinate with Relocation Management Solutions Geographic leadership to develop local country immigration policy and procedures and to define and source external immigration;
- Be the point of contact within Accenture for all advice on immigration requirements to a particular country and to monitor compliance with local laws and internal Accenture policies and procedures;
- Assist inbound permanent employees and inbound assignees to prepare and lodge Accenture-sponsored visa applications;
- Interface with the Department of Immigration, either directly or through outsourced agencies to enable the specific process;

Tax:
- Consult with Relocation Management Solutions Geographic leadership, ITM and Entity Tax and external tax service provider to determine standard country positions for tax secondment, taxability of standard compensation elements, equity plans, draft tax equalization policy,etc;
- Develop working relationship with external tax service provider in Romania;
- Review, approve and allocate all tax service provider invoices;

General:
- Provide input to Romanian controllership (finance) to ensure charging/truing up accruals in line with local and home country tax filing deadlines;
- Elevate all non-standard service delivery concerns;
- Receive and resolve general inquiries/requests from all customers in the location;
- Develop country process manual for use in initial local training and for reference purposes. Update for any change in local procedures.


CERINTE

- University degree;
- Work experience minimum 1 year
- with an HR department of a multinational company/ expatriate tax department and/or dealing with expatriate administration in a large multi national corporation; or
- with an immigration agency;
- Previous experience of financial administration is an advantage;
- Thorough knowledge on immigration is an advantage;
- Fluent in English.

- Ability to work to deadlines.
