- Offering maintenance services and reliability consultancy in the industrial field
- Developing technical presentations based on customers’ specific needs (mostly MS power point)
- Visiting the customer sites and conducting meetings, research and interviews to gather all the information and data necessary for projects technical proposal, design and implementation
- Understanding customer’s way of operating the plant and doing the maintenance
- Proposing and promoting new software and hardware solutions to improve customer’s operation and maintenance process and workflow
- Technical support for sales team
- Estimating the projects cost and execution time
- Developing projects technical proposal documentation
- Developing the general and detailed design standard project document
- Software applications installation, configuration and customization, remotely and locally, at customers’ site
- Hardware server and virtual server machines installation and configuration in the base office and at the customers’ site
- Commissioning, start-up, FAT, SAT
- Working with software & hardware development team and proposing new design and features for the used reliability applications based on the voice-of-customer and own work experience
- Proposing and developing new solutions for continuously improvement of workflow within the company’s reliability line of business
- Mechanical Engineering or related fields such as Oil and Gas or Control Engineering with practical experience in maintenance of industrial equipment and processes. Specialties in Equipment Operation & Maintenance or Risk & Reliability Engineering preferred
- Previous experience in, and knowledge of key industrial processes such as Oil & Gas, Power (gas or coal fired, nuclear, wind) Refining, Petrochemical, Pulp and Paper, and Chemical processes and a well-developed knowledge of the dynamic / static process equipment used in these processes
- Knowledge of specification, selection, and maintenance of all types dynamic equipment, particularly pumps, gas turbines, axial/reciprocating/turbo compressors, turbo expanders, etc. Knowledge and familiarity of process plant static equipment types such as boilers, tanks, vessels, heat exchangers, etc.
- Good understanding of the business market he/she's coming from (biggest player, best seller, main competitors, etc.)
- Availability of travelling around EMEA region for 40% of working time
- Very good English language with experience abroad (working or training courses)
- Computer hands on
- Extensive experience in working with of all Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in hardware & software changes/installations
- Some software and database programming skills welcomed
- Experience with IBM Maximo, SAP, Oracle desired
Considered to be a plus:
- Some experience as a trainer or presenter
- Knowledge of application technologies used in the maintenance of above equipment, e.g. Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Field experience in the maintenance of dynamic and static equipment in industrial process industries; experience in equipment condition and performance monitoring or vibration analysis
