On behalf of our client, a leading global technology provider, we are looking for a Reliability Engineer, reporting to Service Platform
Business Manager, for supporting Service and Solutions Implementation, with competence in the following fields:
- maintenance process and logistic (execution & management);
- reliability engineering;
- industry machinery and operation.
The position will serve as a source to ALL aftermarket industry end-user (including Industrial Dealers & Distributors – as sales channels),
in their focus to increase efficiency and productivity throughout their asset life cycle.
Responsibilities:
· Developing reliability solutions to create customer recognition as the technical leader in total solution of rotating machinery;
· Applying service tools for defined industries and actively contribute to the development of company’s service delivery;
· Extending own competence to integrate and apply to client services and solutions;
· Creating value by reducing unplanned downtime for customers;
· Performing root cause failure analysis service to solve real problems for customers;
· Performing services like: vibration measurements and analysis, alignment service, maintenance strategy review, to customers;
· Advising sales engineers and CS on selection of company’s solutions;
· Performing problem solve on service performance;
· Performing service and reliability contract to create promised value for customers;
• Conducting seminars to customers and staff enhance their understanding the client services.
· Degree in mechanical engineering, electro-mechanical or similar gained experiences;
· Minimum 3 years experience in mechanical maintenance;
· Good command of written and spoken English;
· Good project management skills;
· Very good knowledge and background on industry machinery;
· Capable of customer centered needs analysis;
· Strong knowledge and experiences in the assigned working field (e.g. Condition Monitoring, Maintenance Strategy, applied Reliability Engineering solutions);
· Understanding the essentials of bearing knowledge and lubrication;
· Understanding the basic use of reliability tools like FMEA, RCFA, Criticality Analysis, Pareto analysis, MTBF;
· Having a wide overview on industry machinery, operating, assembly, main parts and components;
· Having a particular strong knowledge of rotating machine, such as fans, pumps, gearboxes, electric motors, turbines;
· Appreciated qualifications: Experience on coordination of maintenance team, basic knowledge about Computerized Maintenance
Management Systems and experience on troubleshoot complex machinery problems, usage or knowledge of vibration analysis/ thermograph/ oil analysis.
