RESPONSABILITATI

- Assist Relationship Managers in all client documentation and correspondence related issues ( i.e. capital increase letters; client confirmation letters for account opening, payments, DIV, account balance, etc);
- Contact clients regarding credit administration matters, recalculations, inquiry on payments, availability of funds, account excesses, etc;
- Monitor various operational instructions on client''''s account (received from the client or from the Relationship Manager) to ensure correct and timely processing of clients transactions or to determine when to effect transactions on client''''s behalf;
- Organize client files: maintain an efficient filling system (chronologically ordered files); check files for accuracy & completeness; file documents for RM; prepare new client files etc;


CERINTE

- At least 1 years of banking experience, preferably in a client related job;
- Solid user of Atlas and Profile systems; proficient PC user (Word, Excel).
- Solid knowledge of NBR rules and regulations;
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) both in English and Romanian language;
- Self-disciplined and well organized; results focused; able to prioritize; able to work under pressure; good interpersonal skills; client oriented attitude;
