RESPONSABILITATI

- Providing a complete banking service to a large and growing base of domestic and international clients structured in a portfolio of business clients;
- Interacting and networking with the customers and Branches and acting as the catalyst for the group’s other business; providing quality service to the customers through undertaking analysis of various types of lending proposals from the straightforward to the very complex tailored to meet individual customer needs; This involves understanding the detailed financial needs of each client and actively developing business opportunities to support their business requirements; harnessing the skills of specialists to provide innovative banking solutions;
- Performing on-site due diligence of the borrower and working with the relevant teams involved in the lending area in order to prepare credit proposals addressed to various committees;
- Keeping abreast of the market evolution as well as developments of the individual accounts;
- Close follow-up of the approval and documentation conditions as appropriate. Ensuring effective monitoring of the transactions and of the borrowers.


CERINTE

- High level business in the area of Corporate Banking and / or International Lending (experience of sophisticated corporate transactions and innovative financing structures relevant to corporate customers);
- Have a minimum of 3+ relevant working experience in project finance, sales, marketing or similar functions with either local or international Commercial/Investment Bank and/or Investment Fund, consultancy companies as a business facilitator etc.;
- Local market knowledge gained with either a local or international company servicing the commercial segment as well as a general understanding of the macroeconomic environment;
- A clear understanding of complex transaction structural issues as well accounting, funding, legal regulatory (compliance);
- The ability to create and sustain momentum in conjunction with high energy levels, tempered by sound commercial judgement;
- Superior verbal and interpersonal skills, negotiation skills at all levels in a multicultural environment;
- Socially confident and commercially aware in building and sustaining a network of internal and external business contacts;
- Ability to make decisions and proactively resolve external counterparty; issues;
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
- PC literacy.
