Quanta Resurse Umane, a leading HR company specialized in permanent and temporary selection in Romania is currently recruiting for a top foreign bank:
- one relationship manager for big Romanian corporate clients (ref. BKRM0804)
Our client:
- Our client is a multinational bank with foreign capital, a presence in over 100 countries, active in Romania since 1997.
- This bank has a growing network of branches all over the country, and it deals with corporate and government clients, as well as individuals.
The position:
- relationship manager in the corporate banking department
- contact point for all the types of credit operations and active transactions for big Romanian clients with the bank
Tasks and responsibilities:
- maintaining the commercial relationships with existing clients (big Romanian corporations) within the banks portfolio
- resolving the clients banking needs
- prospecting the intended market and bringing new business to the bank
- helping build the banks brand within the intended business community
We require:
- excellent educational background, faculty of economics, finance or banking, an MBA would constitute an advantage
- young, brilliant, motivated and inspiring candidates with great leadership potential
- international-minded
- at least two years corporate banking experience
- at least 50.000 EUR per year new revenues brought to the previous bank
- at least 500.000 EUR per year average revenues in the previous portfolio
- full database of contacts among the big Romanian companies
- great communicational skills
- fluency in English, other European languages would constitute an advantage
- MS office skills
- B driving license
- this is a position for top calibre candidates and we require a great sales skills along with a very good technical competence in corporate banking in Romania
