For one of our clients, an important Spanish financial institution, we are looking for a Relationship Manager. The role will involve working within a multicultural team of corporate banking professionals who originate transactions across Romania with specific focus on Spanish companies or projects with any Spanish angle.
Responsibilities:
- Developing potential market with non Spanish-related transactions;
- Providing independent view on market conditions, pricing, and syndication market during underwriting process;
- Having a central role in the production of credit applications, including financial modelling;
- Identifying and originating new opportunities in accordance with the Business Plan;
- Dealing with all aspects of the credit approval process, including risk analysis, documentation, closing, liaising with other banks and external advisors;
- Ensuring that correct procedures are in place to monitor/control credit and market risks;
- Drafting due diligence reports, Term Sheets and recommendations in English;
- Managing and executing transaction processes;
- Working on preparation of loan agreements and fulfilment of conditions precedent.
- Strong credit analysis skills and experience in presenting to senior management and credit committees;
- Solid background in banking or finance environment is essential;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Origination, structuring and execution experience;
- Ability to work both independently and in a multicultural team.
