A Relationship Manager in Banking Cards Products dedicated in loyalty schemes is responsible in performing the following:


1. Manage and deepens the relationship with existing business partners in the context of the Cards Reward Programs and / or a co branded cards.
2. Suggest actions to increase cards acquisition and exploit alternative channels (i.e. internet, partner’s network, etc)
3. Suggest actions to increase card usage through portfolio management actions.
4. Evaluate Partner’s offers and suggest alternatives when they do not meet to standards.
5. Monitor the performance and measure the effectiveness of merchants’ cooperation (i.e. issued & redeemed points, customer purchasing behaviour, cards issued versus promoted in partner’s premises, etc.)
6. Research for new possible partnerships for co branded cards or /and Reward Programs in the market.
7. Asses each Partnership specific needs and propose the appropriate co-operation model/scheme.
8. Prepare relative proposals and presentations.
9. Design and implement marketing programs related to card promotion, offers, card acceptance, etc.
10. Co-operate with the Bank Corporate Division for Corporate Customers/Partners and the Bank Branch Network to increase points of sales and invite new possible partnerships.
11. Manage major clients and their participation in the Card reward program or the co brand.


CERINTE

Proficiency in English.
University Degree (preferred in Marketing or Finance)
Excellent knowledge of Windows (Microsoft office)

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 3 years business experience in Banking/sales.

Alpha Bank a fost fondata in 1879 de catre John F. Costopoulos, care a infiintat o societate comerciala de mici dimensiuni in orasul Kalamata.
In 1918 departamentul de banking al firmei J.F. Costopoulos a fost denumit Bank of Kalamata.
In 1924 Banca si-a mutat sediul la Atena, si denumirea acesteia a fost schimbata in Banque de Credit Commercial Hellenique.
In 1947 denumirea a fost schimbata in Commercial Credit Bank iar in 1972 in Credit Bank. In martie 1994 noua denumire a fost cea de Alpha Credit Bank.
In 1999 banca a achizitionat 51% din actiunile Bancii Ioniene.
La 11 aprilie 2000 fuziunea Bancii Ioniene a fost aprobata prin absorbtie de catre Alpha Credit Bank.
Denumirea noii banci, rezultata in urma fuziunii, este Alpha Bank.
