RESPONSABILITATI

Principal Objective of the Job:
Identifies, acquires & grows a base of affluent customers in order to meet business objectives. Nurtures the growth of long-term business relationship with target affluent customers by providing them with substantial added value and providing world-class financial products / services.

Job Responsibilities:
• Achieves volume and revenue goals via the combination of customer acquisition and relationship deepening
• Personally and proactively effective at building the business, deepening relationships and increasing targeted consumers through the execution of an effective sales process
• Provides product information actively seeking to acquire, deepen, retain and satisfy profitable relationships
• Growth and retention of Consumer Banking liability book. Checking attrition levels.
• Ensures sales of liabilities products, insurance and assets products and must have basic knowledge of investments products.

• Acquisition of new quality high net-worth customers, correct profiling of clients and maintaining ongoing updates on profile
• Matching products to the customer
• Demonstrates all access channels to customers
• Handles customer service
• Participates in special projects and tasks including Compliance related activities
• Deliver prospect meetings (in-person presentations) facilitated through networking with various sources;
• Generating own leads, managing the sales process through closure;
• Drive new product development in deposits, insurance, treasury products for retail customers, investments and.


CERINTE

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience (retail services, brokerage and/or banking), basic knowledge in investments products;
• Good knowledge and understanding of the Consumer business and the local market segment;
• Know the products features, presentation and selling techniques, managerial instruments;
• Exceptional sales, interpersonal and written communications skills;
• Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision making skills;
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Proven leadership ability, good project management;
• Self-confidence, positive and proactive attitude.
