- coordinate the communication channels between departments; interact with departments of various functions;
- distribute and dispach the relevant information from and to the groups of interests; create MOM and distribute them;
- create reports and presentations according to the requirements;
- create and evaluates internal procedures;
- involved in special projects of the department.
- fluently speak English (French is an advantage);
- have excellent communicational abilities;
- be optimistic, dynamic, self-motivated and pro-active person;
- be able to work under pressure, persuasive attitude;
- have previous experience on an administrative position;
- have university degree;
- have team-player spirit and capability to work efficiently in a team;
- have good PC knowledge (Office: Word, Excel, Power Point) and typing skills;
- have the ability to learn quckly a new business and work with basic supervision.
