- Participate at meetings and events about regulatory and technology standards, promoting Telemobil technical related interests for a fair competition on the market;
- Interact with other telecom operators and spectrum users in order to establish the interconnection and collocation agreements, documenting the legal and technical requirements together with other Telemobil professionals;
- Interact periodically and on demand with Regulatory Bodies (ANRCTI, MCTI), national and international operators or entities that are involved in the Regulatory or/and Telecom;
- Prepare and submit internal and external documents for Telemobil spectrum usage, experimental testing approvals and collocated sites;
- Coordinate legal and technical activities related with microwave and mobile spectrum usage as per Telemobil’s license.
- University degree;
- Previous work experience in a similar role in telecom business would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of Romanian law, especially telecom regulations ;
- Fluency in English – both spoken and written;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Self – motivated, able to work without close supervision.
