Keeping uniform VM’s image in a given „Reserved”and “Cropp” store, consistent with the Head Office guidelines.
Regional sale increase by commercial exposition of merchandise. Supervision over implemented VM standards in a given region.
Regional VM is accounted for keeping appropriate merchandise exposition in stores in a particular region and strict and on time implementation of shop window instructions.
• The main and basic purpose of Regional VM is supervision over proper implementation of any VM instructions in subordinated region.
• On time and proper implementation of current VM in subordinated region.
• Implementation and coordination general rules of arrangement and organization of promotional and clearance actions in particular region.
• Supervision over strict implementation of shop window instructions in a subordinated region.
• Supervision over appropriate frequency of clothes exposition changes in a store.
• Supervision over appropriate illumination arrangement on shop windows and inside a store and quick response to any irregularities related to illumination in a store.
• Supervision over proper price marks depending on season and action.
• Regular visits and works in stores
• Trainings for Decorators in stores
• Coordination of openings of new shops:
• Reporting:
• Recruitment of store Decorators with Store Manager.
• English good level
• Technical skills – working with camera and computer ( Microsoft Office, Adobe, Corel, internet )
• Experience in such position minimum 2 years in international clothes company
• Special VM knowledge is obligatory
• Driving license is advantage
• Communicative , dynamic, open minded , willing to business travels
