You will manage and extend company’s DCF distribution in the designated geographic area (in terms of maximizing recruitment, production, business persistency and geographic coverage)
You will deliver the agreed business plan / budget for the area (manpower, productivity, persistency)
You will ensure that all managers and sales force possess the required knowledge and skills; lead and motivate them to apply these skills in order to achieve budgeted objectives
You will identify and grow talent in order to support company’s distribution strategy and objectives by selecting and personally developing good quality Branch Managers and to cooperate with the Sales Training team
You will the market by identifying business opportunities and maintain business relationships with VIP clients
University graduate
Minimum 3 -5 years experience in a sales management role
Successful track record in sales management position of at least 3 years
