• Coordinates and controls the activity of credit in the UniCredit CF partner’s locations of his competence zone, in order to rise up sales and performances according to procedures and work instructions established by the company. Promotes and sustain sales activity of POS finance services.
• Reach the monthly Pos sales targets set together with Retail Channel Manager.
• Participates to up-sell / marketing actions developed directly in stores / motivation of credit agents in order to rise up credit sales
• Permanently provides professional feedback to the Retail Channel Manager regarding competition and also for the sales activity in each store.
• RSM is responsible to motivation's state of credit agents, their “pro-sales” attitude and to create a benefit climate of collaboration in the store.
• Performs permanently training for credit agents and Retailer's employees in situations that appear changes of procedures or new POS finance products, but also to maintain the best quality for delivering customer services.
• Develop the regional Partnerships in order to increase the Pos credit sales.
• Collaborates with Retailer’s Shop Managers for best performance and implementation of the activities
Requirements:
• Successful applicant must have minimum 2 years experience in Credit Sales Retail activity.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the business environment (market, clients, products, services etc)
• Good command of English language
• Driving license (min 3 years)
• Travel availability
