For our client, a start-up multinational company in food ingredients production we are searching for a young sales professional to develop and lead the sales activity in Romania.

The ideal candidate will:
• Develop client portfolio in B2B industry
• Promote and sales company’s products to food producers
• Reach goals and sales target
• Develop and maintain the relationship with clients
• Be able to design strategy and local approach in accordance with the company’s policies and clients’ feedback


CERINTE

Requirements in regard to soft skills, hard skills and educational background:

• 3+ years of experience in direct sales or distribution in related industry (ingredients for food products)
• Result and client oriented
• Flexible, persuasive, competitive
• Entrepreneurial spirit, will work easy with numbers
• Very good communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• Driving license, ability to travel
