Purpose of the Job
To maintain existing customer relationships and grow the business in the region as well as to achieve the given sales target goals.
Principal Responsibilities
-Take full responsibility for the expansion of the assigned sales regions within the area of responsibility in order to meet and exceed the given sales target figures of the product lines fire detection systems, nurse call systems and voice alarm
- Build and maintain long term relationships with customers
- Intensive support and consultation of customers and authorities
- Proposal management and project planning supported by our customer service centre
- Ensure continuous sales growth for our product portfolio
- Planning and analysis, incl. gathering and analysis of comprehensive information about markets and competitors
- Presentation and training with customers and work and participate on internal fairs and customers events
- To manage and control the spending of personal expenses to the budget
Electronic/ electrical engineering degree, or experienced technician with relevant further education
At least 3 years experience in selling an engineering product in Romania
Experience in working in safety industry an advantage
Having worked for an international company will have advantages
Good technical background (experience with product lines fire detection systems, nurse call systems and voice alarm would be an advantage)
Experience in B2B relationship
Exceptional negotiating skills
Strong customer focus
Ability to work in a high growth environment
Creative and result driven
Ability to work independently
Must be fluent in Romanian, English (verbally and written with a strong technical and commercial command of English). German language skills would be advantageous.
