RESPONSABILITATI

- Manage and lead all sales and business development for Water Technologies in the Oil/Water Section, Pulp & Paper and ChemPharma sectors;
- Identifying strategies and solutions for the client (collaboration with Heads of Business Unit Cluster CEE, Project Team, Sales Support and Commercial);
- Qualify potential projects and participate in the Bid/No Bid decision;
- Interpretation of Specification and Customers needs;
- Communication of the value of the solutions to the customer in clear financial terms;
- Work with CEE Applications Group to develop successful proposals;
- Working with in-country Siemens personnel and organizing a team to execute the project effectively;
- Participate in the process selection and design and the proposal development;
- Help develop and implement sales strategy;
- Participate in technical and commercial sales activities;
- Define project profiles that will be used to target desired markets and find new ones.


CERINTE

- University graduate (Engineering, Chemical Engineering and other Sciences are acceptable if accompanied by relevant, in depth experience);
- A broad knowledge of water/wastewater industry is prerequisite;
- English – advanced;
- German is an advantage;
- Min 10 years experience on water or wastewater projects
- Experience sales skills in the field of integrated and/or complicated sales cycles and a solid track record in the respective industries are mandatory;
- Demonstrable experience in design/applications of equipment supply and design/build projects in the range €1MM - €10MM;
- Familiarity with a broad range of water and wastewater treatment processes, gained through former employment with an equipment or solutions provider, an EPC or consultant, or an end user in a particular industrial sector;
- Practical, hands-on experience, whether; startup/commissioning, troubleshooting or piloting will be viewed as an asset;
- Industry experience in three or more of the following sectors: Oil&Gas, Power, Food & Beverage, Mining & Metals, Pulp & Paper, ChemPharm;
- Innovative, able to think through and select from numerous treatment options, including through the use of economic analysis techniques, in order to propose sound, cost-effective solutions;
- Knowledge of the market situation, strategy, decision makers, business processes;
- Knowledge of the clients, specific industry;
- Commercial knowledge. Commercially aware technologist, with an aptitude for highly technical system sales (as opposed to “product sales”). Individual must possess and be able to demonstrate a passion to win contracts;
- Ability to estimate/evaluate his clients/market;
- Acquisition: communication, negotiation skills;
- Sales knowledge;
- Presentation skills.
