- Managing the local network of distributors, developing and nurturing sales and customer relationships;
- Monitoring potential customers, development trends, sales opportunities and the competition;
- Supervising, appraising and motivating sales team.
- At least two years of successful sales experience, preferable within a multinational company;
- Strong sales, negotiation and organizational skills;
- Excellent people management skills;
- Good knowledge of the local construction market;
- Flexibility, mobility, consistency and high initiative;
- University degree;
