Job Mission
RSM has to you to build up and enhance a solid and long-term business basis with the customers in a certain region and to represent the company externally. RSM must maximise Sales Gross Profit in defined region. RSM manages a local marketing team and follows the given advices of the Sales management.

Tasks and Responsibilities
-Building up and maintaining a customer base in the sales region
- Drafting an annual sales plan in liaison with superiors to maximise company’s billings and gross profit on all business
- Close collaboration with the internal sales team
- Drafting of monthly reports and sales forecasts as well as reporting on any deviations
- Responsibility for sales and forecasts for the defined sales region
- Drafting and tracking of projects in collaboration with the FAE team
- Ensure that customer orders are shipped in time by anticipating and resolving potential constraints such as stock shortage and credit problems
- Intensive customer support
- Regular review of developments (economical and technical) in the region and feedback findings to sales management.
- Ensure the customer is fully aware of services available, and of the level of service provided
- Coaching the sales team and developing the skills of the individual team members


CERINTE

- Detailed knowledge of the electronic component industry with demonstrated direct selling experience to major customers, preferably with semiconductor or passive components
- BSc Electronic Engineering or similar
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are required due to customer interaction, via phone, e-mail, and in-person
- High energy, passionate and willingness to take ownership
- Good English, verbal and written
- IT literacy; MS Office
