For one of our clients, a subsidiary of Tri Palm International. an worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of bottled and pressure water coolers, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager .
Purpose of the Position:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the management and growth of Watercooler business in Eastern Europe ( Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Czech Republic) and he working from home office.
The appointee will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities:
•To develop business in his area of responsibility, by identifying needs and opportunities of the specific market;
•To frequently and intensively visit present and potential customers;
•To identify and develop new customers;
•To draft offers both from technical and financial point of views;
•To increase sales volume and turnover in the area of responsibility;
•To offer sales support, regarding the orders and follow up payments of clients;
•To manage the reporting system as required by the company;
•To define and implement the area annual sales budget;
•Production / Sales Forecasting and liason with Head office.
•A Business Degree or Diploma is prefered;
•Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales activities, preferably in B2B or retail environment;
•Autonomy, initiative, results orientation;
•Planning, organization and communication;
•Relationship management, dynamic personality, flexibility, customer focus;
•Team-player in a small team, self motivated and loyal;
•Availability to travel;
•English knowledge;
•Well acquainted with MS Office, particularly with Power Point.
•Working in a professional environment;
