SUMMARY:
Provide leadership and coordination of company sales functions. Develop and implement sales strategy. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made;
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct and coordinate company sales functions;
Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology;
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned;
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results;
Develop and manage sales budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets;
Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts;
Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
Analises the market and supervises his trend;
Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors;
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate sales department staff.
University Degree(pharmacy/medicine or economic);
At least 2 years previous experience in Sales Management, preferably in pharmaceuticals company ;
Good knowledge of pharmaceuticals industry
and, in general, of romanian business environment;
Excelent organizational abilities, communication and negociation skills;
Ability to persuade and influence others;
Good PC knowledge;
Good English knowledge speaking/ writing/ reading;
Capacity to realize business plans.
