RESPONSABILITATI

1. The independent and general running of the shop managers, database administrator and other established middle manager positions;
2. Fulfilling the reports to the head quarter and sending them in time;
3. Planning the sale and stock preparation for good selling result;
4. Works with stock situations, controlling it and assure its efficiency;
5. Making and confirming the sale prices of the collection;
6. Organizing other necessary things to fulfill the sale plans and budget of the company;
7. Checking the correct lay-out of the products according to the VM (visual merchandising) instructions;


CERINTE

1. University degree of the economic or business manager;
2. Previous work experience as a key manager in retail business at least 3 years;
3. Readiness for a team-work;
4. Customer-oriented;
5. Accuracy and reliability;
6. Ability to achieve the targets;
7. Ability to be a leader of the middle managers;
8. Very good skills working with computer and its programs (MS Office);
9. Very good English language skills (in speaking and writing), the Russian language skill is a benefit.
