The responsibilities of the Sales Manager will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Generates new business from existing and new customers; educates customers on the company’s product lines; manages territory in all aspects – services customers, provide technical assistance and provide input to the division on competition.
• Manage sales territory and all assigned key and major accounts.
• Review/negotiate pricing and terms, adhering to defined limits regarding margins, exposure and liability, and to maximize company profits.
• Supports company values including ethical conduct and high integrity in all actions.
• Generate trip summaries, forecast of bookings and shipments by customer and product line and potential new business, monthly sales activity reports. Report Sales prospects, quotations activity and bookings probability.
• Visit potential and existing customers.
We are looking for people who are:
Experienced in electronics and in market with electronic components in Romania.
Great communicators with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Industry experience selling to the same or similar customers is preferred but not required.
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Driver licence
Language skills: Romanian, English, other languages are welcomed – Hungarian, Slovak
Sales Manager will be provided by company car, notebook and a direct connection to the company information system.
