RESPONSABILITATI

Organization and management of the sales process in the respective region
Operational daily Pre – Sale visits of IKA & LKA shops via personal Palm/visor on pre defined route resulting in orders taking & promotional push
Submitting at the end of each day the IKA&LAk orders for delivery to the respective distributor and monitoring the previous day delivery fulfillment confirmations
Following up payment overdue and acting on closing payment delays (both bank transfers and cash)
Weekly/monthly visits of smaller shops out of the IKA & LKA list to present the company, convince the shops to make first order and transfer the operational servicing (order taking and delivery) to the respective distributor/WS
Daily phone contact with the regional distributors/WS for ongoing sales operation issues within the region
Biweekly sales out/stock check of distributors resulting in distributor order making and invoice issue
Monitoring stock levels in distributor and shops, FIFO and products expiry time and actively suggest to his superior ways to speed up sales and avoid write offs
Makes sales forecast on weekly bases by SKU and by type of client
Competitors intelligence, following competition products performance and feed back regular reports for market developments
Monitor the correct application of company`s trade policy by the distributor and the shops in the respective region
Proposing promotional programs to increase sales, implementing the agreed activities and reporting reslut/success upon completion of each promotion
Controls the correct use of POS materials
Takes action to control the fulfillment of the concluded from company contracts for extra sales space or promotions implementation and report for non conformity
Organizes revision in distributor warehouses biweekly and weekly frequency FIFO checks
Makes sure of correct exploitation of company asset and equipment
Helps recruitment of new sales people
Mandatory fills up weekly review and plan and send this info to his superior
Filling up correctly and in required time information forms and sends them to the central office


CERINTE

- University diploma (economic studies would be an advantage)
- Min 2-3 years trade experience in the respective region and knowledge of the retail universe there (Foods experience would be an advantage)
- Communication and management skills enabling work and make teams
- Ability to combine sales order work with control and supervision
- Result oriented, organized with administrator thinking, min 80% of the time to be on the shops floor
- English is not mandatory but knowledge would be an advantage
