RESPONSABILITATI

Purpose: Plans and carries out the network sales activities, maintain and develop sales of the coordinated region by managing the network activities in accordance with agreed business plans.

Reports to: Network Manager
Collaborates with: Marketing Manager, Training Manager, Administrative Manager, Sales Support Manager, Chief Accountant
Subordination relations:
- Agency Managers

Responsibilities:
- Monitors on agencies and network level performances and recommends improvements based on network development plan
- Creates strong agency management
- Increase market penetration by maximizing sales
- Coordinates the developing of the sales structure in relation with the company’s development plan from the point of view of:
- motivation
- commission structure
- sales policy
- local advertising
- administrative issues
- recruitment
- Establishes and executes coherent career path for the sales force in combination with training and motivation
- Maintains and develops corporate image and brand awareness within the coordinated region
- Maximizes customer satisfaction & retention
- Provides input for Company’s commercial strategy

Activities:
- Creates and execute the Region Development Plan
- Provides regular performance feedback and recommends improvements
- Set the sales goals for Agency Managers and their structures
- Provides coaching to AM and other UM within network
- Analyses the insurance sales market to identify new business opportunities
- Manages the sales force to achieve profitable premium growth
- Designs the recruitment policy related to the market
- Makes suggestions on local advertising targets with the marketing department
- Informs on administrative issues
- Assesses the performances of agency managers and unit managers
- Provide input for plans to service and retain customers
- Provides timely and accurate sales reports and presentation as needed


CERINTE

- Thorough understanding of the insurance recruitment market
- Proven successful record in sales management in an insurance or finance environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to supervise and coach staff
- Track record of successful sales management
- Drive to deliver a top performance and e proud of it
- Transparent, open and straightforward
- Good command of English

Education and training: University Degree

Level of experience: at least 3 years in relevant managerial experience
