- Organization of sales networks, recruitment or supporting selection process employees of the stores;
- Organization and supervising of trainings for the stores stuff in each of the sales networks, enhancement of qualifications and effective motivation of employees for the purpose of achieving best results (implementation of employees’ evaluation system and bonus system);
- Implementation of headquarters standards and procedures of store management, especially concerning securing of the commodities (inventory) and money;
- Conducting opening/closing/modernization stores process, cooperating with shopping centers and coordinating company’s and headquarter cooperation;
- Preparation of proposal of development and sales plans for Romanian market;
- Current supervisory of sales networks and performance of assumed sales plans, controlling the profitability of the shops, costs optimization;
- Active role in the stock management suggestions of all kinds of actions supporting sales (special offers, promotions etc.);
- Implementation and strict observance of VM standards, timely and accurate implementation of VM instructions;
- Monitoring stock level in the stores;
- Organizing stock movements store to store or seasonal warehouse;
- Conducting/Suggesting marketing activities being aimed at building and strengthening distributed brands;
- Monitoring changes occurring on the Romanian market, competition analysis.
- English advance level;
- Technical skills – perfect working with computer Microsoft Office, internet;
- Experience in such position minimum 2 years in international clothes company;
- VM knowledge is required;
- Driving license;
- Communicative , dynamic, open minded ,
- willing to business travels.
