- Identification of the clients with overdue amounts over 90 days, or clients that according to watch list need to be transferred to R&WO Department, monitoring and concluding the transfer;
- Assessment of the borrower’s legal and economic situation;
- Assessing the current status of the loan exposure and its related collateral, assessing the debtor’s business and financial performance (including repayment capacity)
- Performing visits to customers
- Identifying, proposing and negotiating the solutions with the debtors in view of an amicable recovery
- Drafting and submitting for approval the relevant action plan (including debt restructuring and recovery options)
- Implementing and supervising the agreed restructuring plan
- Evaluation of the expected recovery from the pledged securities (deposits, assignments, pledges, mortgages etc), proposal for LLP;
- Assessment and approval of final customer rating;
- Drafting of restructuring application/memoranda and submission for approval, communication of restructuring application to involved departments, in order to further conclude the relevant documentation with the clients;
- Cross Checking of loan documentation and of collateral contracts – subject of support provided by Legal Division;
- Submitting for approval the proposals for starting the legal procedures against debtors;
- Submitting for approval proposals for taking into Bank’s possession the assets allotted for the guarantee as to close the credit facilities;
- Representing the Bank in the Creditors’ Assembly for the cases where the Insolvency Proceedings has been initiated ;
- University Degree in Business Administration (legal studies would constitute an advantage)
- Minimum 3 years experience in banking activity
- Disponibility for extensive traveling
- Good communication skills
- Good negotiation skills - profit orientated person
- Capability to work independently (at all stages of a transaction including decision making)
- Capacity to work under stress
- Team player
- Good command of English
- PC operating skills (Word, Excel)
