•Monitoring and Identification of delayed payments
•Performing visits to clients
•Assessing the current status of the payment loan risk exposure
•Assessing possible related collateral payments , repayments
•Identifying possible payment solutions / action plan (including debt restructuring and recovery options)
•Cross Checking of loan documentation and of collateral contracts
•Submitting proposals for guaranteeing debts recovery
•Representing the Bank in the Creditors’ Assembly
•Minimum 3 years experience in leasing/ banking / financial services activity
•Disponibility for extensive traveling. within allocated region
•University Degree in Business Administration (legal studies would constitute an advantage)
•Good command of English
•Good negotiation skills - profit orientated person
•Capability to work independently (at all stages of a transaction including decision making)
