MISSION: Developing the activity in Romania & Bulgaria through identifying and
exploiting new business opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the country organization: staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties;
- Generating new business;
- Identifying new business opportunities on the Romanian and Bulgarian Market;
- Review financial statements, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement;
- Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures;
PROFILE:
- University Graduate – Economic and/or Engineering;
- Strong interests in CEE Countries;
- 5 years of experience in an international corporate.
SKILLS:
- Excellent English or German;
- Additional Language Romanian or/and Bulgarian is advantageous;
- Very good coordination and management skills;
- Good communicator and negotiator.
