- Develop sales strategies and business plan for the area, in compliance with the company policy;
- Coordinate activities of branches in the area in order to develop portfolio;
- Develop managerial capacity of branches in the area;
- Supervise, report and forecast branches activities and results.
- Required experience: at least 5 years sales in assurance field and 1 year in management;
- Bachelor¿s Degree, preferable Economics, Legal or Technical fields;
- Available for extensive travel schedule;
- Advanced English Language Proficiency;
- Driving licence (min.2 years).
