RESPONSABILITATI

Responsabilities:
- In charge of the initial land acquisition: prospecting the market, negotiation and contracting
- Coordination of planning and permitting process
- Supervision and coordination of the delegated design team of architects
- Communication with the local authorities, architects, designers, construction companies and client's suppliers
- Reports to the Managing Director of the company


CERINTE

- University degree, preferably construction related
- Relevant experience in the field of construction management
- Good knowledge of construction-related software
- Ability to work independently, in particular start setting up the local network and start of projects
- Highly organized and good negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of English language
- Driving license, B category
