RESPONSABILITATI

-Ensure compliance to policies and procedures based on company's risk assessment and internal audit plan;
- Ability to perform audits/improvements in processes across all areas of operations, finance, IT, etc;
- Responsible for measuring operations effectiveness and driving continuous improvement of Internal Process Controls for all Processes;
-Responsible for mentoring an external audit firm;
-High ability to interact with cross functional teams across locations within India and globally;
-Be able to participate in due dilligence in acquisitions, as the company grows;
-Strong leadership skills in managing projects, processes and people;
-Excellent time management and multitasking skills, as well as ability to work with mimimal direction;


CERINTE

Minimum Qualification: ACCA/MBA/CISA

Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience in Internal Audit:
- preferably in Audit function of a BPO industry or a Big 4 Audit Firm
- or Risk profile in the Banking Industry

Required skills:
-Excellent verbal communication and people management skills;
-Excellent team player with customer services skills;
-Demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness by finding ways to improve and promote quality and consisitency;
-Knowledge of US GAAP is an important asset;
-Availability to travelwithin India and other global locations.
