Providing accurate, timely and meaningful financial numbers, analysis and commentary to the divisional executive team and to the group;
Supporting the regional and local sales processes by provision of accurate and timely costing information and contract review when required;
Managing the cash-flow of the division, ensuring that debtors and creditors ledgers are current;
Managing the group and statutory audit processes and ensuring that all statutory reporting is performed correctly, on a timely basis, and that all applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations are complied with;
Leading the implementing of the financial modules of the Epicor / Vantage ERP system;
Preparing management accounts, reporting packs and draft commentaries;
Recruiting, developing and retaining the finance team;
Managing the regional IT resources to achieve required objectives.
Our client is a multinational group specialized in the manufacture of racking, storage systems and archive solutions. Together we are looking for a South East Europe Regional Financial Controller based in Brasov.
Requirements:
Graduate calibre qualified Accountant with at least 5 years post qualification experience, ideally gained within a multinational manufacturing business;
Ability to implement effective systems and processes;
Excellent people management and organisational skills;
Previous experience in working within an international business and with responsibilities for more than one market;
Willingness to travel as required, to units within the region and occasionally to other group locations;
Experience of implementing an ERP system is an advantage;
Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of working German is an advantage.
