On behalf of our client, a French fashion brand for women, we are looking for a Regional Manager.
Responsibilities:
Being responsible for 8 shops in Romania;
Defining, prioritizing and following the store action plans;
Being responsible for setting product value in accordance with the rules and merchandising business strategy;
Evaluating the presentation of the store and the visual quality of the offer;
Being responsible for the success of opening stores in his region;
Being responsible for the training of RM and teams, by getting involved in the training process of its employees and ensuring the involvement of its teams;
Being responsible for achieving the economic goals of the region;
Being responsible for development of sales in its region by optimizing business performance;
Being responsible for the development, construction, monitoring and implementation of budgets store by store.
University degree;
Minimum 3 years experience on similar position;
Proficiency in English;
Organizing and planning skills;
Business orientation and sale skills;
Willingness to travel;
Very well knowledge of the retail market and competitors.
