RESPONSABILITATI

Collections:
- Initiate collection activities for assigned accounts for all products.
- Initiate transactional negotiations with customers to obtain a serious promise of payment.
- Register relevant information about the clients and modify demographic information when necessary
- Identify and report fraud cases to the Collection Manager and to Fraud Department.
- Make efforts to increase the contact rate of the customers who are delinquent and make supplementary investigations to establish contact with them.
- Make sure that all the actions are in line with the agreed procedures.
- Issue specific collections letters: skip, letter to employer, etc.
- Ensure feed-back formally or informally about the collection process
- Make field visits to the delinquent customers
- Prepare visit reports for each case handled.
- Meet the delinquent customers in the branch and close payment agreements.
- Initiate recovery actions when recommended by central collections and maintain the relationship with the bank executors.
- Participate in any assigned collections-related project.
- Other tasks requested by direct supervisor or Manager.

Fraud: all activities are done when requested by Fraud Department
- Initiate fraud verifications
- Initiate address checking
- Meet and negotiate payments.
- Handle fraud complaints
- Initiate fraud collection activities and fraud recoveries
- Handle penal complaints
- For loans with mortgage collateral that reach 30+ DPD – obtain land register excerpts from the notaries
- Contact sales agents for further investigations in fraud suspicion cases

Credit policy and Initiation:
- Pre-approval and post approval mortgage checks for all loans above
100.000 EUR.
- Pre-approval mortgage check for locations outside CPO range, at least 2 check per locations
Handle the list with preferred notaries and evaluators.


CERINTE

Professional qualifications:

- Very good command of both written and spoken English
- University degree, 1-2 years collection experience
- Sound understanding of credit investigation and collection procedures
- Organizational and planning skills

Personal Skills:

- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to assess the priorities
- Patience, determination and professional courtesy
- Consistency needed when dealing with clients
- Able to work under pressure
