- Creating and implementing the commercial policy and the sales plan for each distribution channel;
- Monitoring the sales volume and reaching the target for the allocated area;
- Monitoring the market, making periodical forecasts, evaluating the competition;
- Negotiating and evaluating the contracts for investments for various projects;
- Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with key customers;
- Coordinating, motivating and evaluating the Sales team;
- Making periodical analysis and reports for the management;
- Managing the allocated budget.
For one of our clients, one of the most dynamic and evolutive multinational companies, now entering the Romanian market, we are looking for Regional Business Managers in Bucharest, Timis, Iasi, Cluj.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Sales (multi-therapeutic areas expertise would be considered a plus);
- At least 2 years experience on a Medical Representative position;
- University degree (in Medicine or Economics is an advantage), MBA studies would be a plus;
- Very good English knowledge;
- PC skills (MS Office and Internet);
- Driving license B category;
- Project Management knowledge is an advantage;
- Flexible person, motivated by dynamic and competitive environment.
